Cream Cheese

We don't eat a lot of cream cheese, but we do enjoy it. Since I want to continue making bagels and we have lots of milk, I wanted to make my own. We tried it out today and I have to say, it is WONDERFUL!!! It tastes very similar to store bought, but I think it is even better. I will post the recipe later, but I wanted to share this little item with you. It is called a yogurt cheese strainer. It has a very very fine screen that the cheese drains through. It is all self contained. It worked like a charm and we are thrilled with the outcome. :)
