Count Your Blessings Monday

Too often we don't take time to count our blessings. So, I am going to give us an opportunity every Monday to not only count our blessings, but to share them with others. Make a post on your blog telling us about your blessing. You can snag the picture above and use it on your blog. Please put a link back to this post. You can add the URL of your blog post on Mr. Linky below. Many of our blessings we will have pictures of and we can share those as well. This has been sort of slow to catch on, but it is growing. I think that many times we forget that it is a blessing to be able to breath, to get out of bed, to hold a baby... Share your blessings with us.

The blessing I am going to share this week are my Father and Mother-in Law or in-Love. Last week I shared my parents, but I was also blessed to get wonderful In-laws. They have loved and supported us through many different things. They have not butted in, but have always been there for advice and a listening ear. They are wonderful grandparents to our son as well. I want to thank the Lord for blessing me with them.

This first picture was taken at their 50th anniversary celebration.

This is a picture of them with Joshua (our son) in betweeen them. They have special little things that they do. Joshua stayed with them when he was younger. She got really tickled at him because he got so excited about having a couple of dollars in his wallet. Since then for both Christmas and birthdays, she buys him something with at least one pocket and there is a dollar in it. He even got one on his last birthday when he turned 23. =) It is a very special part of the gift for him.

This picture was taken when we still lived in Florida. Michael's Dad came to visit us. This is Michael, his Dad, and Joshua.

Here is Grandma with 2 of her grandbabies. They had 7 children and they now have 13 grandchildren.
