Show And Tell Friday

Kelli hosts a show and tell Friday. Do you have a something special to share with us? It could be a trinket from grade school, a piece of jewelry, an antique find. Your show and tell can be old or new. Use your imagination and dig through those old boxes in your closet if you have to! Feel free to share pictures and if there's a story behind your special something, that's even better!

I have a dear friend that recently moved to Kentucky. She lived about an hour away from me before she moved, so we did not see each other often, but it seems harder knowing I can't go spend the day with her. When she was packing to move, she had this casserole dish that she said reminded her of me and she wanted me to have it. Whenever I use it, I think of my sweet friend Wina. Thanks Wina!!

Oh, what a nice gift and I am sure you will treasure it forever! I hope you two will keep in touch although she now lives further away from you!

And thanks a lot for your comment on my "Show and Tell". I am glad you like my pottery balls. How I get them so perfectly round? Well, I use a special plaster mould to form them. ;-)))

Happy week-end to you and best wishes from Germany!

That is so nice. My parents have friends that they have known for over 20 years and when they moved apart they each got one another something to remember them by. It will be something my mom will always remember her by!
