I know that I am often encouraged when someone shares a blessing with me. I think that many times we forget that it is a blessing to be able to breath, to get out of bed, to hold a baby... Today, I am thankful for the rain. We have had drought conditions for 3 summers now. We have gotten some good rain the last week or so and we are very grateful for it. This morning we were woken up by a big thunderstorm. I love thunderstorms and we have not had very many in recent years. Star (our dog) likes to be VERY close when it thunders. :) When you have not had something for a while you appreciate it even more.

I am so blessed to spend time teaching and training my children every day. God has paved the way for us to exist on one salary, even when we worry about the pinch, He is faithful to provide. Thank you Father.
