Count Your Blessings Monday!!

Here is an opportunity for all of us to give thanks unto the Lord for a blessing in our lives. If you would like to take part great. If not that is OK too. If you would like to share your blessing, just leave it in the comments. If you want to use the picture above and list a blessing on your own site, then leave a URL to your site in the comments. There is no pressure here. I just know that I am incredibly blessed and I would like to share that and give thanks to Him who all blessing come from. This is a way that we can encourage one another. I know that I am often encouraged when someone shares a blessing with me. I think that many times we forget that it is a blessing to be able to breath, to get out of bed, to hold a baby... Share your blessings with us. We can share so many other things.... special gifts, recipes, let's take the time to share how God has blessed us!!

I am blessed in so many ways. Too many times I want to concentrate on the negative things, but there are so many blessings if I take the time to look around me. I am grateful that even though I get discouraged and feel like my bucket is empty, I have Him. He finds a way to let me know He cares. Sometimes that is through the Word, sometimes through a friend. I am grateful that some of the times He uses me best are when my bucket is empty and I have to totally rely on His strength. I have a God who CAN!!!

Marci, I'am blessed in so many ways but I guess the one that really stands out to me is how lucky we are to live on a farm. We never have to worry about food because we have everything we need right here. God has blessed us so richly with this farm and it is only by his grace an help we are able to keep going. I tell my kids everyday how lucky we are to just have food when so many people have none. I am able to use the farm as an example to my children on how God provides for us day by day. Have a great day and God bless you. Rebekah.

I find myself thinking of my troubles and feeling depressed but I stop and remember all the many blessings God has given me. I am so blessed especially to have such a loving, caring God watching over me.

Hi Marci,
I opened your page and the last sentence caught my eye. I love that God uses us when our bucket is empty. It brings us to a place that we must rely on Him and He shows us that we CAN do domething that seems impossible if we lean on Him.
Today I am so thankful that God answers the smallest prayers. We serve an awesome God that is always willing to listen.
Have a great week.
