We are very blessed to live on a farm. We love old fashioned ways of doing things that seem to be fading away. We realize that this lifestyle is not for everyone but we are very grateful that God allows us to enjoy it.

My Mom
One year ago today, I had the last conversation that I ever had with my Mom. We talked on the phone for an hour. I really miss her and miss talking to her. There are things going on in my life that I would love to share with her and get her insight. The last few years especially we had some great conversations. She was understanding and kind. If you still have a Mom alive on this earth... CALL HER TODAY!!! Tell her how much you love her. You never know when or if you will get that chance again.

Bless you Marci. I am sure you miss your mom. They are needed always. I lost mine when I was 14 and although I am now 62 I still need my mama, so all those memories you have with your mom I pray will carry you through all the rough days you have. God is good though, so he knows whats best and we know they are waiting along with Him for us.I will keep you in my prayers hon.
God Bless,
I lost my mother 2 years ago and I still miss her. I "talk" to her alot and feel she is watching over me.

Hi Marci,
What a fun contest!
Emily's entry is "Let me outta here!"
Grace's entry is " I didn't do it."
Benjamin's entry is " I wish I could come out."
Marci, thank you for the reminder to always let our moms and those we love know how much we care about them. I'm so glad I still have my mom and dad. Daddy's health is fading quickly and we're praying for a kidney transplant at this time. We have a donor, but he must lose 30 pounds before they'll do the surgery. I can't even think past NOT getting the surgery. It's just too difficult. But I know that my daddy is a Christian and his attitude is God's will be done. So as the song says, he's a winner either way, if he goes or if he stays. AMEN!

Crissy's entry is...
"peek-a-baaaa!"
My mom called me yesterday, which is unusual. It made me think of you.
How fun!
