I was letting the pup out the other day and saw this picture. There was fog and the sun was coming up. It looked so neat, I had to share it. However, like most photos, it does not do it justice. :)
Purl the Second had a little ewe lamb on Saturday. We named her Lamb Chop.
Then on Monday, Shadow had twins. A little ram that is white with brown spotting and a little black ewe lamb. We named them Rambler and Ewego. :)
I love his spotting and his brown legs.
He even has a brown spot at the top of his tail. :)
We still have 5 more ewes to lamb.
The oldest WN boy invited us to a pancake breakfast at a fire house. We went and they were giving out fire hats. We wanted to see if we could get a picture of Skye in one. She was not happy, and this is the best we could do. :)
These next pictures are fun for me. I was chasing her through the house with the camera.
Then I turned and ran from her and went around the corner. I waited for her to come looking for me. :)
Then I ran into the office and waited for her. She knew I might "get" her, so she just peeked around the corner.
We have had lots of rain. There was standing water in some of the pastures.
This is our lone surviving banty hen.
This is where she roosts at night.
Our garlic is coming up!!
Our strawberries are coming up too. I need to get out there and mulch them well.
Sorry, that I missed my Count Your Blessings Monday post, but I am thankful for all of the above!!
What are you thankful for?
