Freedom Farm Campout

On Memorial Day weekend, my brother and his family host a big camp out on their farm. It gets bigger each year. We went out on Sunday morning to spend some time with them. There was a big breakfast smorgasbord and then church around the fire. I took a big pan of my cinnamon rolls.

After everyone had gathered around the fire, Scott called his whole family up and gave thanks to the Lord for them and also for the farm that God provided. The whole family led in the singing.

This is my brother Scott that you have been praying for. He had a black eye. I asked him what happened. He was giving one of their ponies some water and the pony swung his head up before Scott was out of the way.

Here are some pictures from around the property showing all that was going on.

This dog, Johnny, belongs to another brother of mine. There were at least 8 dogs running around and they all got along for the most part.

Scott made a huge slip and slide to come down the hill into their pond. There is water pumped up from the pond that shoots down the slide. The heavier the rider, the faster they went. Don't forget to turn the music off in the sidebar.

They also have a large trail that goes up and over hills and through the creek that everyone was riding quads on. There is a lot to do there.
