This and That

There are so many "gifts" all around us if we just look for them. I was going out to put something in one of the freezers. There is a window right next to the freezer. I looked out and saw all my sheep laying contentedly in their pasture. Then I looked down farther and saw a bunny. He was just outside the window. I banged on the window and he didn't even flinch. So, I figured I might have time to go and grab my camera. :)

He sat there for a long time. I went outside and Star went with me. We were about 20 feet away from him and Star barked. He still did not move. It was not until I went just a wee bit closer that he took off. He was half way across the pasture before I could blink. :)

Our Wonderful Neighbor children helped Michael last night to do something with the pigs. They came on over and offered to help with the milking as well. I have not been sleeping well because of allergies and I was sound asleep in the recliner. :) They milked and brought it in. Then I got up to strain it and put it away. They are a real blessing. The WN girl asked if she could borrow my camera when she went to take Buttercup back out. She said there was some really neat colored leaves on the barn door. Here are several of the pictures she took. She has an eye for beauty that I really appreciate!!

Let your neighbor girl know she did a wonderful job on the pictures of the leaves. They are so beautiful and bright. Neat how they grew on the barn. Love the picture of the sheep so content in the pasture. Pictures like you were able to capture of the rabbit remind me so much of no matter how big or little God takes care of all. Have a great day and thanks for the great posts. Rebekah.
