We are very blessed to live on a farm. We love old fashioned ways of doing things that seem to be fading away. We realize that this lifestyle is not for everyone but we are very grateful that God allows us to enjoy it.

Show And Tell Friday
Kelli has started a new thing on Fridays. If you would like to participate in the Show N Tell then hop on over to her blog and link your post.
My husband's Aunt Kay is a floral designer. She has a very special touch at everything she puts her hand to. I wanted a summer wreath for my door. I had made one myself previously, but it did not turn out quite like I wanted it to. I told her that I wanted a wreath with sunflowers and blackberries. This is what she made for me. I just got it out this year to put on my door. Thanks Auntie Kay!!!!!

Thanks for visiting me today Marci! I'm very sorry about the loss of your Mom so suddenly...I do understand..
Your wreath is so summery and welcoming.
I've enjoyed meeting you. Please visit again anytime..

Oh, it's lovely! I am not going at doing those kinds of things - mine always look waaaay unbalanced! Crafty relatives are a blessing!
How nice. A wreath like that would certainly perk up a door for the summer. I always have a Christmas wreath, but have not thought of one for summer. Now you have me thinking...
How gorgeous! Making wreaths is not a talent I have, either -- mine never look like that. What a treasure!
