Butter the Not So Old Fashioned Way.

I am making cheddar cheese and butter again today. I just wanted to show you what happens when I make butter in my DLX. :) Once the butter buds separate from the buttermilk, many of them work their way up the sides of my paddle. :) I just have to scrape them off.
