God called one of His soldiers home today. The loss is felt by the homeschool community, Christians and his precious family. Keep them in your prayers as there will have to be lots of arrangements. He took a turn for the worse at a HSLDA conference in Colorado Springs. He was not able to make it to his earthly home in Virginia before God called him to his eternal home.
Chris has had chronic progressive declining Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for 15 years now. Every one we know who has this rarer type of MS lives about only eight years from the time of diagnosis, so they were especially grateful he has been able to continue to work full-time for HSLDA and be a faithful husband and father to 7 children.
So very sad. Chris was used mightily of God for homeschoolers and the body of Christ. He was such a blessing.
