Four Legged Lawnmowers

Since we have not gotten lots of rain this summer, we are running out of pasture for our sheep. The side yard needed mowing, so we moved their fence to where they could mow the grass for us. :) This first shot is what I see when I look out my front door.

The swingset is in the pasture as is our burn barrel. We won't have them here too long. We have friends that drop by and I want them to be able to get to the swings.

They saw me out there and came running to see if I had any treats. They love peanuts.

I picked some clover and threw it to them.

This is really hard to see. If you click on it and make it big, you can see it a bit better. It is the hole in the chicken pen from the other night. It is turned outward. So, either a chicken did it from in the pen, or someone cut the wire and pulled it outward and rolled the edges down.

The neighbor put some horses out on the back of his property. They came over to the fence to see what I was doing.

Here is Buttercup. She is outstanding in her field. :)

This is Clover. She is due to calve this Saturday with her first calf. I keep watching her.
