I'm dreaming of warmer times..... Flowers and spring time.... Heat of summer with golden sunflowers....
Last night we did not totally bank the fire in our stove. We took turns getting up to feed it wood. Each time I went to check on the fire, I looked at the temperatures. The lowest I saw it was -12 with a windchill of -28. Our house is on the cooler side today. Right now at 1:28PM with the sun shining as it has been all morning, it is finally up to -2. Our high is supposed to be 5, but I am not sure we will make it.

Thankyou for those pictures! We have been very cold here, also. The forcast for today changed to include flurries and it's looking like a little more than that! Come on spring!

I am dreaming of spring and summer days too! It was -24 here the other day....brrrr! Yesterday we got up to 18 degress...felt great!

Oh don't I know it! I found myslef at the store yesteray picking up a "Country Gardens" magazine... sigh. I put it back down. Still more winter to come I believe for both of us! Dream of gardens Maric while you wait. ;)
