Broiler Chickens at 6 Weeks

Here are the broiler chickens at 6 weeks and 2 days old. They saw me coming and saw that I did not have any food and they ran to the back of the pen. =) I guess they do have a reason to be worried when we come to their pen without food.

This was the very first little movable pen we built. It housed our layers until we could get their coop built. This thing was built in 2000. I had my sweetheart pull it out of the weeds. I want to fix it up and let my banties use it for awhile to get them out in the sunshine and on grass. I am a pack rat sometimes, and sometimes it pays off. =)
