April Showers...

Today I am celebrating 28 years of being married to a wonderful man. It is hard to believe that we have been married that many years. He has sure put up with me for a long time. =) God blessed me with a wonderful husband who is as committed as I am to keeping our marriage going and to truly enjoy life together. Marriage is work. The rewards are worth way more than any work involved. He has the patience of Job. He if very gentle and kind. He is a good provider. I am TRULY blessed. I love you Michael!!!!

We went into town today to run some errands. The weather was so funny. We would drive through a snow squall that had blizzard like qualities. Then we would drive right out of it and into sunshine and no snow. We were sitting in the parking lot of one store while we were talking to a friend on the cell phone. You would see a squall come blowing down the road and pretty soon, it would be all around the car. Then before we got out to go in the store, it was barely snowing. Very little snow is sticking though. I did hear from a friend in the mountains of North Carolina. She had a foot of snow on the ground and it was still snowing.

Instead of April showers bring May flowers, this year it is April showers freeze the flowers.

We love having people visit our blog. Please take the time to leave a note so that we know you were here. You don't have to have a blog to leave a note. If you have something negative to say, you are welcome to say it. However, if you leave it anonymously it will not be posted. It seems the people who like to correct me or say ugly things, don't want to leave their name or a way I can respond to them.

May the Lord richly bless each of you!!!
